Once You Book
You’ll receive our handy Pre-departure Packet to help set expectations for your trip and to help answer any questions you may have. It’s chock full of useful information such as how to get to and from our destination, a brief history of the area, ideas on how to extend your stay, a packing list, and more.
You don’t have to worry about meeting up with complete strangers on the first day. A few weeks out from your trip, we’ll send out an introductory email to break the ice and to start learning about your fellow adventurers.
On Your Adventure
You will be in good hands while on tour. Our experienced guides are the heart of our company and are why people travel with us again and again. They are knowledgable, friendly, and skilled in making your adventure extraordinary. For our international trips, we typically have one American guide, focused on logistics and customer service, paired with one local guide, focused on local culture and history.
After Returning Home
Once you’ve experienced one of our adventures, you are a part of our alumni club. We are proud and grateful that, on average, over 70% of our Zephyr tour participants have traveled with us before.
