Zephyr Alumni Benefits
Once you’ve taken a trip with Zephyr Adventures (or our sister company Taste Vacations) you automatically become part of our Alumni Club, and after you have participated in 20 trip days with us, you are automatically elevated to our High Roller Club and are eligible for additional benefits. There is nothing you need to pay or do to join and the benefits are great. We want to keep you as our travel partners! We are proud and grateful that, on average, over 70% of our Zephyr tour participants have traveled with us before. We especially appreciate those who return time and again.
- 10% off next year’s trips if you book by October 31. (Not applicable to Private Adventures.)
- 10% discount for second or third trips booked in the same calendar year. (Not applicable to Private Adventures.)
We like you. We think we’d like your friends, too. So tell them about us and you’ll receive a $100 credit to use toward your next trip for each friend who books a tour.
Your friends will also receive a $100 credit on their first trip! Simply send us your friend’s name, address, and email and we’ll send your friend our information. Some rules apply: 1) Your $100 credit can be applied to a tour after your friends have paid in full. 2) Your friend cannot already be in our database (meaning they don’t currently receive emails or information from us). 3) Sorry, not applicable to Private Adventures.
You’ll be the first to know when we set our new tour dates. You’ll receive an invitation to join our Zephyr Alumni Neighborhood on Facebook. You’ll also receive our email newsletters or mailings, so you’ll always be up to date about the goings-on at Zephyr.
If you are on the waiting list for any tour that is full, you will automatically be put ahead of those who have never traveled with us.
High Roller Club Benefits
Thank You Gifts
When you reach the “milestones” of 20, 35, 60, and 100 tour days, you’ll receive a small but useful gift from us, ranging from a cool hat, to a hoodie, to a new hydration system to a free domestic trip of your choice. (Okay, that last one isn’t so small, but it IS useful!)
The Best Rooms
- If we have an odd number of participants on a tour, as a High Roller you will be the first to receive a free single room.
- Some hotels have upgraded rooms within our reservation. We put our High Rollers in the best available rooms.
The Most Flexible Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel a trip, but give us at least 31 days or more advance notice, you can apply all payments made to another adventure in the same or next two calendar years, less any fixed costs we have incurred. (Please note: some adventures, where we have non-refundable deposits, are an exception to this policy – see individual tours for details.)
Front of the Line
If a tour is full, you are automatically bumped up to the top of the waiting list if someone cancels.
You’re on Board
As a High Roller you will be part of our unofficial Board of Directors. We are always looking for feedback as a way to improve our operations and we’ll include you in our two-minute email surveys or perhaps ask you to participate in a telephone survey or focus group if you are willing. This is your chance to affect our future direction.
