Your initial deposit is $500 per person, payable by check or credit card.
Your remaining balance is payable by check no later than 90 days in advance of the trip date. We will provide an invoice for you by email.
If you wish to pay your remaining balance by credit card there will be a 3.55% administrative fee added to your amount due.

Solo Traveler – Single Supplement
Our trips are based on double occupancy. A single supplement will be added to your final invoice (please see the individual tour page for the amount). If you would like us to try and find you a same-gendered roommate or if you are planning on rooming with a friend who is booking separately, please check the corresponding box below. If we are successful in pairing you with someone, we will take the single supplement off your final invoice.

- Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness Foundation The ABWF is an organization very near and dear to our hearts, as it is based in our hometown and its mission is to provide stewardship of the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness (where we play weekly!) and to foster appreciation of wild lands. The ABWF is dedicated to raising awareness for this special place and protecting its resources. They provide “boots-on-the-ground” experiences–like Volunteer Trail Maintenance projects, Citizen/Science activities, and Educational Outreach–that bring everyday citizens more closely in touch with this treasured Wilderness.
- Rails-to-Trails Conservancy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors to build healthier places for healthier people. Since 1986, we have worked from coast to coast, supporting the development of thousands of miles of rail-trails for millions to explore and enjoy.
- The Ocean Conservancy is a non-profit is working hard to see that the ocean’s most extraordinary places are preserved for future generations to use and enjoy. They use sound, science-based decisions that will lead to innovative, sustainable solutions, and strive to create a healthy ocean where life continues to nurture and sustain all of us, regardless of where we live.
