Host a Wine Adventure
Our Wine Host program is designed to allow us to partner with
wine retailers, educators, and clubs to create special trips just for
the host's clientele. (If you are a traveler wanting to put together a
trip for your friends, please see our Private
Adventures page.)
As a Wine Host, you select one of our great Wine Adventures.
We work with you to customize the tour to your needs
and help you market it to your customers. As with our Affiliate
Program, you earn an 8% cash or 12% credit commission on referrals,
which you use to earn a free tour as the Wine Host. Note if your group
size is less than 12 travelers, we
will simply put your group into our regularly-scheduled tour for that
location.

Promoting Your
Hosted Wine Adventure
Website Link: Place a
link on your site
Newsletters: Put a link or article in your electronic and
print newsletters.
Advertising: If you advertise, your promotion of a trip might
bring in new customers.
Tastings: Hold tastings related to the region where you plan
to travel.
Fliers: Pass out custom-made fliers about the trip to your
customers.
How Zephyr Will Help You
Customize the Adventure: We realize you might have specific
wineries you would like to visit on your chosen adventure. In this
case, we will work with you to customize our routes to include your
selections, as much as is possible while staying in the selected area.
Run
the Adventure: This is our job. As a Wine Host you won't have any
responsibilities other than to talk about the wines, mingle with your
customers, and have fun.
Special Web Pages: We will create special web pages
on our
site for your planned adventure. You can then refer your customers or
readers to these pages to learn about the tour, your involvement, etc.
Work With Your Customers: We don't expect you to be the
expert on
our trips. We will work directly with your customers and readers to
make sure they have all the information they need.
Handle Registrations: We will handle all
registration details,
including payments.
Provide Logos and Fliers: We will provide logos for your
website and fliers to hand out.
