As you all know, prioritizing adventure is what we do at Zephyr Adventures. In addition to leading active tours across the US and the globe, we also organize several lifestyle oriented conferences. These conferences bring together communities of people we are aligned with and who, like us, have adventurous priorities.
We started the Wine Bloggers Conference as a way to tell the wine blogger community about our great, active wine vacations in the US and abroad. Fast forward a few years – Zephyr Adventures now organizes or co-organizes six different conferences in the wine, food, beer, and fitness industries.
Each conference represents a confluence of great information. In the spring of 2013 and in order to be able to better understand our bloggers and harness valuable date for future conferences, we asked beer, food, and fitness bloggers to complete a 32 question survey about blogging habits, motivations, and statistics. The response rate to our survey was over the moon and we are pleased to announce the detailed report on the data analyzed from this robust collection. There is a host of information contained in this report that may be useful and/or interesting to your personal and professional blogging interests.
You can review the report here: Zephyr Adventures’ 2013 Lifestyle Blogging Report
This is the first year all of the various blogging communities we hold conferences for were surveyed. Our goal is to make this an annual exercise, to evolve the survey’s questions as needed, and to grow participation. I just read the lifestyle blogging report and was shocked at some of the information. for example, I was really under the impression that Women dominated the blogsphere for wine blogs, but this just isn’t so!
Really a well put together report, and very insightful for marketing and blogging. Best!
